  • My goal is always to help you reach your goals by taking a patient-centered approach that makes you feel comfortable, confident, and listened to. I pull from various theoretical orientations including solutions-oriented therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) among others.

These individual 50-minute sessions are designed to support you in identifying, working towards, and attaining your goals. Therapy can help you create positive change in all facets of your life and can offer some extra support when navigating difficult times.

These 50-minute sessions for you and your partner can offer support in a variety of areas based on your relationships unique needs. Typical areas of support include communication, connection, and understanding between you and your loved one.

youth

These 50-minute 1:1 sessions are designed to support kids & teens identify and reach their goals, create positive change, and offer support navigating difficult times. In addition to the social-emotional, these sessions can support building targeted skills such as executive functioning and more.
